The SleepDry alarm is only recommended for children ages 5 and older, under close parental supervision as per instructions. Doctors only may recommend at 4 Ĺ. The Sleepdry alarm is recommended to be used in consultation with a child’s physician. Always check with a child’s doctor before using.
The Sleepdry alarm comes with a full one year warranty against manufacturing defects. If in normal use your alarm fails to operate properly any time in the first year, return it to StarChild Labs for repair. No RMA is necessary for repairs. However, for repairs you will need to do the following:
Check or change the batteries to make sure you don’t just need new batteries.

For repairs only, Write Repair on the outside of the package.
(Make sure to use only US Postal Service for delivery to PO Box. Other methods can not be received.)
Provide proof of purchase within the last year.
Enclose a short note as to nature of the problem.

Package the alarm in a safe manner for shipping – including properly securing the moisture sensor with the sensor cover. We cannot be responsible for inappropriate packaging and shipping.
If your alarm is more than 1 year old or you do not have proof of purchase, we will repair your alarm for a service charge of $24.50. This payment can be included with alarm when sending it in for repair.If you want a replacement alarm in a hurry, please call us for discount pricing on a new alarm.
StarChild Labs offers a full 3 month satisfaction guarantee on the SleepDry Alarm purchased from StarChild Labs directly. This is 3 times the industry average. We are so confident of the results that you will see using the SleepDry alarm, we encourage you to try it! Most other alarm companies only allow returns in a very short amount of time, if the product is unopened or unused. You will be very comfortable using our product knowing that your satisfaction is guaranteed. Be aware that once the alarm has worked, it is normal for some children to have a small relapse. Just keep the alarm on hand to use for a short time again, to get them back on track.
In the unusual case that you should need to return the alarm, send an email or call, asking to obtain a RMA authorization number. If you qualify, you will be given a RMA number within 3 working days. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. A 20% processing fee is also not refundable. The RMA number must be clearly shown on the outside of the package or it can not be accepted. Provide copy of proof of purchase within in the last three months. Packages received more than 10 days after the issuance of a RMA cannot be accepted. Packages should be sent to the above PO Box. -(Make sure to use only the US Postal Service for delivery to PO Box. Other methods cannot be received.) Make sure you obtain Delivery confirmation tracking, as we cannot give a refund for lost a package without official proof of mailing.
